Owner and son personally visited my home to perform evaluation of replacing water-damaged front porch columns.  They were both VERY professional and worked with me to assure quality product was used with the right specifications to provide the right solution. The installation crew arrived on time and was equally as professional and meticulous about the installation and the quality of their work.  Very pleased.

Webster Exteriors removed and installed all new windows and a new patio door in my home.  They did a great job for a reasonable price. They had to make modifications to the door opening as the original door was a French door which wasn't standard size. They  did not ask for any money down,  I paid nothing until the job was completed.  After the job was finished, I noticed a piece of trim out of place on the exterior of one of my windows.  I believe they came by my house and rectified the situation within an hour of my phone call.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

We've worked with Webster Exteriors twice, and both times have appreciated the professionalism, promptness, and quality of service. The work was done quite awhile ago now, and has held up beautifully. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I am DELIGHTED with both the product and the installation!
I watched the two installers work and it was like watching Mike Holmes from that TV show - and quot;do it right!and quot; They were prompt, thorough, high attention to detail, and completely professional. The install was supposed to take 2 days, but on the second day one of the installers said and quot; You know, it's only 2:00 right now, and I could start on your front door, but if anything unforseen happens it would mean having no door overnight and that doesn't seem like a good idea. How about I come by first thing in the morning to work on it.and quot; He did, and it turned out there was a little snag (thanks again, original builder) so it took longer than he first thought, but he made sure everything was done perfectly.
Now I have a very toasty and quiet 2nd floor (no more drafts! major reduction in outside noise!), the windows look beautiful, and I couldn't be happier.
I will be using Webster Exteriors when it comes time to replace the rest of the windows in my house, and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone else who is looking for an honest, professional, high quality window installer!

Everything went fine. They were a little slow coming out to do the repair. We had them do our siding a couple of years ago. Their price was the same as everybody else, or maybe a little lower.

It went very well. The owner came to our house to show us the windows he handles. There was no high pressure sales pitch. He explained the features and options. The owner explained the he uses only direct employees - no sub-contractors and all employees have been with him for many years, the newest one 18 years. He measured ours window openings and gave us an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. The next day or so I faxed him the accepted contract with some minor changes noted. The crew arrived at the agreed upon time and worked diligently to get all the old windows removed and each replaced working with each opening one at a time to reduce exposure to the cold. They were able to get this done in first half day except for one window which arrived damaged. The trim was completed in the afternoon and the following morning. The owner arrived in the afternoon of the first day to check on the progress and mentioned that no payment would be necessary until the replacement for the damaged window arrived and was installed. The damaged window arrived several weeks later and was installed after I rescheduled once. The crew was obviously experienced. They worked quickly and everything looks good. They were always on time and worked in a way to make the least disruption to the household. I realized during the process that the windows came with half screens rather than than full screens. After discussing with the owner and looking at the contract, we decided it was an error on my part when modifying the contract and to the light printout from faxing the contract. He agreed to split the difference with me on replacing the screens. I decided to wait and see how I liked the half screens since they do allow the grids to be seen better from the street. He indicated that the offer on replacing the screens would stand for as long as I have the wndows.

He had a team of people working for him with 30 years of individual experience. They take out all the windows and install new somewhere between 4.5 and 5 hours. They are really good and have it down to a science. Everything they did was good. Dale, the man that runs the company, is knowledgeable. He presented us with the types of windows we could put in the unit for a historical area. He was kinda limited because of this requirement. He supplied the windows with the grids and everything and held true to his costs. Everything went smooth. I would not even call the competition in this case in the future. I would call him because I know he has the best quality for the price.

They were fairly priced. We got a couple of other estimates and their price was right in there. Their main foreman has about 20 years of experience, and he knew what he was doing. They did a good job with the insulation before installing the windows. The caulking was excellent. They did nice and neat work. There was very few scrap afterwards as they cleaned up after themselves well. They did a very good job generally. Our experience with them was fine.

Outstanding--After being visited by and receiving bids from eight (8) different window/door contractors, I chose Dale Webster Exteriors specifically because they were the ONLY bidder that spent any time talking about the quality, attention to detail, and experience of their installation. In the end, all of the windows pretty much looked the same and had similar characteristics. Dale Webster's window installer has been doing the job for 30+ years and knows what he is doing. Dale, himself, came to measure and explain the installation process during the bid--during which time he spoke about the experience of his crew, the type of caulk he uses, the type of finishing nails he uses, the custom trim caps his crew builds on site, the way his guys lay a perfect line of caulk every time and how he doesnt allow "licking" of the caulk bead, and finally the quality of his warranty. I received bids from Window World ($6,978), Windoor ($7,634), Home Depot ($11,396), Superior ($6,810), Jacob Exteriors ($12k), Wilke ($7626) and Lowes ($7300). Dale Webster ($7634) wasn't the cheapest, but he wasn't the most expensive. Of them all, however, he was the only one to discuss and show pride in the quality of the installation--not just the quality of the window. I liked Window-World's windows the best--and there were certainly higher-tier windows being offered by some of the bidders (for the purposes of the bids shown above, however, I used only "like-type" windows so you could see an apples-to-apples comparison)--but Dale Webster really stood behind the ViWinco product and the quality of their extrusion. He also offered a higher tier window (the ViWinco Cambridge at $8774) that was truly a work of art--as did Windoor (Simonton 5500 - $7982) and Window World (6000 Series - $7358)--but I chose the Edgemont in favor of using the saved money to purchase a new patio door. The finished product looks great--truly dressed up the look of the foreclosure home we purchased (which needed some TLC). On top of that, his installers were professional, clean-cut, courteous, informative, and best of all---experienced. Not spring-chickens, but definitely knew how to do their job well. They worked hard and at a good pace, and cleaned up EVERYTHING when they left. All in all, a great experience. I would whole-heartedly refer Dale Webster Exteriors to my family and friends. As well, I would refer them to anybody who is willing to look past the windows that are being sold to the quality of the workmanship in putting them in.

They did a wonderful, very professional job. My house looks very nice! They arrived to my home on time. They were very thorough and did good quality work. I had received 3 other bids but I liked Dale's straight forward approach. He had driven me around and showed me houses that he had done over 20 years ago and I saw how well the siding still looked. He stands behind his work and will follow up for the lifetime of the product. I had also requested an extra piece of guttering. He came out himself and installed it without charging me his labor. I was very impressed!
