My dogs are safe in their yard thanks to them! They gave an estimate beforehand that was very reasonable. They were very professional. They came and got the job done quickly. It matches the fence perfectly and looks great!

I am through trusting contractors. And quite frankly, I would rather obtain money back and hire another company to make the necessary repairs and changes that were guaranteed through Watson Fence. I appreciate Angie's list's help. I trusted Mr. Watson. They used that nail gun randomly, and with a little more time, it would have come out much better. The gate is very poor quality and he promised to use my hooks from the house and then the day they came, said the gate would not fit. I had the other parts to fit on the gate. The gate should also be every other board and Mr. Watson tried to tell me it would be too heavy. Now the gate will not even close without using a lot of push and effort. Angie's list rated him just as high as another company. I thought it would come out very well and he had pictures. What a summer.

"I gave the member three different estimates. She could not make up her mind. We installed a 4 ft gate in the front of her house. She wanted it hinged to her house where there was a 6 ft gate. Naturally the hinges that were there were too high. We will put boards on the other side of the gate, noting that it will make the gate to heavy for it to work properly. We will re-nail any boards that were missed. If boards are too short or splintered we will replace them. We will not graduate any boards. It was not in the contract. She wanted that changed after the fence was done. Bob Watson Owner"

I called to set-up an appointment for an estimate for a Monday evening at 6:00. Bob called Monday morning and left a message, that he could not make the appointment and that he would call me again to reschedule. He did not call again, so I went with the bid, that I already had from another company.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY RESPONSIBLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE OWNER CAME OUT WITH WORKERS AND REALLY WATCHED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS ON TARGET. VERY EFFICIENT. VERY POLITE AS WELL.

GENERALLY QUITE PLEASED. ARRIVED AS AND WHEN PROMISED, COMPLETED JOB AT TIME PROMISED. PRICE TO REMOVE OLD FENCE WAS SUBSTANTIALLY LESS THAN A COMPETITOR'S BID ($108 VS. $650). QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP OF NEW FENCE APPEARS TO BE FIRST RATE. ONLY MINOR QUIBBLE WAS LEAVING CIGARETTE BUTTS IN YARD, AND SOMEWHAT MESSY CLEAN-UP.
