I got three estimates from different companies. Universal Direct was the only company who provided a sample window so I could see the details of the construction. The salesperson came on time, he was very professional and I felt I got a good deal for the money. All the windows and sliding glass door were installed with precision. The cleanup was excellent and the installers were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

I spent $2170 on that work. I chose them even though they were the most expensive. He was the only company who got me a sample of the product. He took the measurements and gave me the prices and also did one thing that the other companies did not. He put in a super spacer which keeps the condensation from building up on the windows, which is very important for me. I have had companies in the past who have told me that there will be no condensation on the inside and they are out of business. They are professional, clean up good and they came out did the work and left.
