Landline Phone Service
Customer service is absymal. The straw that broke the camel's back was a fraudulent toll free number to my house. We were home at the time and did not receive any call, let alone one for 40 minutes, from Houston. We know no one in Houston. Internet search of the number indicated it was a fraudulent call. $20 plus. Customer service would not fix it.

Landline Phone Service
I have two toll free numbers through TTI National. One rings through to our home phone and the other rings through to my wifes cell phone. We are only charged when the numbers are dialed and there is no month charge if not used. The rate is .7 cents a minute with six second billing. You cannot beat the prices for the service or rates on calls anywhere. Last month there was a charge to my account that was from a differnt toll free number. I called to see what it was and they said that the number was on my account. I said that was an error and that I would like it removed. The agent said that she could remove the number from my account, but that I was responsible for the .9 cent charge. If the charge was more I might have pushed to have it removed.
