 + 7 moreTim is a very talented and qualified handyman. His workmanship is very good and he is pretty precise. However, his timeliness and commitment leaves much to be desired. He was working on a rental property for me and missed date after date which ended up costing me additional utility costs because renter could not move in.
Description of Work: Install 3/4 bath in basement (48" shower, toilet and vanity). Kitchen plumbing repairs, and minor electrical.
