Therrien was recommended to me by an acquaintance. I sent Therrien an e-mail about renovating a bathroom and received an e-mail on 11/17/09 from Kindra Therrien. Kindra wrote that Todd, owner of Therrien, would call me between 8 and 8:30 am on 11/18/09. Todd did not call me as promised. I received an e-mail sent at 2:09 pm on 11/18/09 from Kindra Therrien informing me that Todd was sorry for not calling that morning because his meeting ran past 8:30. She asked if I would like to set up an appointment to meet with Todd. I called and spoke with Kindra. I made an appointment for 11/20/09 at 9 am to meet with Todd in my home. Todd arrived on time and went over the total bath renovation. Todd told me that we would send a bid to me in 2-3 weeks. I have never heard from him or from anyone at Therrien since meeting with Todd Therrien on 11/20/09.
