The Hot Tub Guy

We hired Jesse Aschoff to do repairs on our deck, pressure washing of our deck and pressure washing of our home. Jesse did some of the work then took our money and never came back to complete the work. We spoke with him numerous times and he kept coming up with excuses like he was away at a funeral, he was working on another home etc. He always said he would be out within a day or so but never came back.Jesse was to pressure wash the house and he guaranteed he would be able to get everything off (there were vine pieces from previous owner). Majority of the vine pieces are still on the home. He said he would pressure wash the deck and remove all deck stain, now we have a multi colored deck. Some of the deck is plain wood and other parts and still stained.There is also vines and mildew still on the deck underneath. Jesse installed stairs, the bottom stair is a giant step down, does not meet code requirements. He was to replace ALL rotting boards, we still have tons all over the deck that he never replaced. Jesse was to reinforce all support beams that were rotting. He only did some of them and never came back to fill the dirt around the cement posts. Jesse adjusted a post beam that was slanted and reinforced it to stay in the proper place. In less then a month (and Jesse guaranteed ALL his work) the beam is worse then it was before. All nails and screws are coming out and it is about to fall off. Jesse Aschoff was also suppose to go over the entire deck and reinforce all lose boards. He only did some of them and majority of the nails were not level with the boards. They were popped up everywhere. Jesse did not clean up the site like he was suppose to. He left trash all under our deck and my husband and I had to pick it up. We needed additional items from the store and since I could not drive at that time Jesse went to Lowes for me. I gave him cash and asked him to bring back change and the receipt. When he got back I had to ask him 4-5 times for the receipt and change. He was obviously hoping I would forget about it and he could con me out of more money.
When trying to reconcile the situation with Jesse he will not answer texts, calls or return texts and calls.
We paid Jesse $875 for the work above PLUS bought all the supplies.
This is NOT a company I would use again or recommend....EVER.
