Horrible messy sloppy

I called TJ's for a quote on my yard. Travis called me back to schedule a time for Jeff to meet me at my house. Jeff met me and said he would email me the quote, confirming my email address. 10 days after Jeff was at my house and I still had no quote, I called them and left them a voicemail. It is now 14 days and no one has the professionalism to call me back, or just let me know they're too busy to do the work.

Everything is good except their trimming is more a B than an A. All other parts of the service would be and A. We have had them for years and so do our neighbors. Our yard is over an acre.

He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He planted a bunch of stuff and if anything dies or didn't make it through, he replaced them free of charge.

He does an excellent job and does not require immediate supervision. He performs all the detail work without me having to be there. I make an arrangement with him for the money upfront. He performs the job while I am at work and by the time I come home it is done. I have never had a problem with his availability. Even if it is raining he works it in to come later and he is very responsible. I do not have to hunt him down. I would use him again in the future and recommend him to others.
