"[member name removed] was a great customer to work for. He even trimmed his bushes for us so we could access a couple windows on the side of his house. St. Louis Shutter does indeed give lien waivers when requested after balance has been paid. We simply told [member name removed] that we pre-pay our mills for all materials purchased. We run a very tight schedule and work until dark in the summer. [member name removed] and his wife did't want us working late, so we lost quite a few hours while on his job. We asked them if they minded paying us for the 90% of the job that was installed before we left on vacation and they were very accommodating. We appreciated their work and are surprised with the poor review."

Very professional and fine finishing work. I am an extremely happy customer. The job was completed on time and as promised. I would highly recommend this framed type of installation. I had experience with this type of shutter before so it is worth paying a bit more when you are already investing this much to have this quality of finishing.
