Signature Exteriors

The company established a date and time to perform the inspection. Which, incidentally, Rob [their inspector] was early to the site. He called ahead to let us know he could be on his way [a bit earlier than scheduled]. He was polite, efficient and very informative about the results of his inspection, including the damage to our air conditioner. Made recommendations and suggestions as to what, if anything, we'd need to do. In his follow-up email he recommend we schedule a follow-up inspection in six months, primarily because hai damage becomes more pronounced over time. The manner exhibited by Rob, his analysis and recommendations made us feel tht he had our interests at heart an was available to assist as needed.

We originally purchased a big deal to have our chimney, flashing, and roof inspected because we were getting water in around the chimney. Everything but the chimney flashing inspected well. The inspection crew caulked the problem area and gave us a bid for a more permanent solution: replacing the flashing. They were able to schedule the job very quickly, provided photos from the inspection, the work in progress, and the finished product, and did so for what we felt was a reasonable price. They also provided a bid for some new gutter guards that we still need to take them up on. They do great work and we'll use them again for future roofing/gutter/siding needs.

Rob did the initial estimate and the actual patching. He took some shingles from the back of the house which matched the texture and color of the shingles that the wind blew off, and used the existing shingles to patch the problem areas and then put new shingles on a less-visible part of the roof. He did an excellent job!

They sent an email several days after purchasing the Big Deal letting us know to contact them. We did so and they offered to come out the next morning between 7:30-8:00am. No one came. I called all the contact numbers for the provider at 8:30 and left messages. I got no returned calls - even now, more than 24 hours after our scheduled appointment.

We scheduled the service in mid February after a storm blew our siding on our chimney off. The job was scheduled twice before but because of weather had to be postponed to mid -March. The 2 gentlemen came out in the morning and professionally installed and repaired the siding. The repair required a 40' ladder on uneven ground. They also caulked a portion of our front window on no additional charge because I mentioned that it leaked. It was a great, professional job.

They were very professional and nice. They did a lot of work for $69 and it was worth it. They cleaned up everything. I will certainly call them again!

It was fine. They were nice and they were on time. They came out not too long I purchased the deal. As far as I know, they did a good job.

The "big deal" was obtained on January 23rd, the work was done on March 10. The slowness was in part due to the severe weather, snows and windstorms that occured in February. However, Signature was not pro active in scheduling the work - I had to take the lead in all cases to set up a schedule. The "Big Deal" had a seemingly low priority. The actual repair was performed within the two hours covered by the price and appears to have been professionally. However, in the process of making the repair one the two men broke one of the bricks on the patio steps - stood on the cantilevered edge of the brick. The brick was stuck back on with Liquid Glue with no surface prep and is uneven - will have to be removed and reinstalled. I have not contacted them on these, I plan to repair myself. One job should not create a second job!

He call within a day or so and set up an apportment, but due to the weather it was impossible to keptThe provider (Rob Conner) conducted a thorough inspection of my entire roof for weather damage along with checking all of gutters, clearing gutters freeing them from debris. Very profession and concern person. Thank you Rob Conner for a job well done.

They showed up on time and were friendly and knowledgeable. They got right to work and then reviewed their findings with me. They even went so far as to contact another company to come check out a different problem I had described to them.

The roof maintenance went well. The contractor was very kind in also fixing a small piece of soffit that had come out during the thunder storm. He did some minor caulking in the roof and said that the roof was in good shape. Also blow out some dirt from the gutters. Noticed couple of sidings that needed to be replaced and will send over an estimate for that. If the estimate is affordable, I would do business with Signature Exteriors again in future. This appointment was rescheduled twice as they were busy attending more critical jobs, so I am hoping next time this would not happen. Thank you !

Work was done quickly. The person who came out for the initial work was very professional and assessed the work that needed to be done. He also took pictures of the damaged areas for future reference. A couple of weeks later I received an estimate for all of the work. I accepted the proposal and set up a time for the week. They did spend a lot of time finding the trim and siding to get a perfect match. The worker arrived on time this morning, worked hard, and completed the work. I am very happy with the results. The siding matched perfect and the trim looks great. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again for future work.

Jeramie arrived and completely inspected the roof internally and externally. He discovered that a sheeting joint had become misaligned and he repaired it. He took great pictures of the before and after work showing the repair. While repairing that, he also caulked all of the vents in the roof to make sure there were no other issues. He did that free of charge. The curled shingle turned out to be a popped nail. He removed the nail, caulked the hole, and nailed the shingle down. I would not hesitate to recommend Signature Exteriors to anyone needing work done. His estimates are complete and include pictures of the work required. Great person to work with!

everyone I called couldn't get to us for several weeks..Jeremy had someone one there the next day while I was at work and the job was completed for much less than other roofing contractors quoted us..If you want to have your exterior work done by someone you can trust call these guys you will not be sorry.

On Jan/23/2014 I received an email from service provider to call the office an setup an appointment for the service. I called a couple of days later and setup an appointment for Feb/18/2014 and also told the service provider that a few of the shingles are missing from the roof. The provider called a couple of days before our scheduled appointment asking if the appointment could be postponed to Feb/21/2014 because he was coming to the same area again where I live on Feb/21/2014 so he wanted both of the services to be performed on the same day. I said okay no problem. Then on Feb/20/2014 there was a winter storm with very high wind gusts. This time a quarter of the roofs shingles blew off. The provider called on our day of appointment i.e., Feb/21/2014 and said he won't be able to come out as he is still busy doing emergency repairs and said he will call next week to have me scheduled. I said okay and also let him know that this time a quarter of the roofs shingles blew off. I never got a call back and they were also not performing any repairs as the temperatures were in below 20s and roofers don't do repairs in this kind of temperature as they will do more damage. I even emailed them but didn't hear back from them.

It worked out fine. They did everything like they were supposed to and I was happy with them. It was dangling and they came back and re-attached and they gave me a bid for having all the fascias replaced and I'm in the process of collecting other bids because I have to collect at least three bids. I was happy with them but I probably wouldn't just take them just right off the top, but they sent the bid for the work that I want to have done. So I'm happy with the company.

Jeremie came out to inspect roof for damage after the severe winds we had. Roof showed no damage. However there was some soffit out of place and he fixed that while he was on roof. He also took numerous photos he shared with me. Very professional. I appreciate his honesty. If I have roof damage I will certainly consider this company.

These guys are awesome! I spoke with Dan a number of times. We were forced to reschedule the appt a number of times due to the snow and ice. He was very accommodating. The workers (Cory & Raul) were professional yet friendly. They were efficient in their work. They walked me around all of the areas they repaired and made some simple DIY suggestions to maintain the integrity of the exterior. They never tried to push additional services. They only identified the other types of work they do if needed in the future. They were at the house for just under 2 hours and the $59 spent was well worth it. I will definitely contact Signature Exteriors first when more work is needed. Thanks!

Jeramie worked directly with our insurance company's appraiser to get the roof and gutters completely replaced. He kept us informed at every step in the process, and explained each step in great detail. The work was performed timely. The workers were professional and courteous, as well as cleaning up the old roof and gutters. We have recommended Signature Exteriors to friends, and will hire them for future work.

They were very professional, very thorough. Replaced missing and damaged siding with some extra sheets I had. Before installing them they cleaned them! The roof was closely examined and hail damage was photographed. Great work and very courteous!

They arrived on time, introduced themselves (two men). Provided a business card. They explained what they were going to do. After they inspected the roof, they provided verbal report that only a few singles were missing. They ask if I have any singles, which I did not. They said they could get singles that would closely match the singles on the roof. I ask they proceed with acquiring the singles at my cost and perform the repairs. They were gone less then 30 min. with a bundle of new shingles. Made the repairs. They said they have taken pictures of my roof and will provide them email in a few days. I did receive an email with written report and pictures. The pictures were great and they showed they were taken of my roof, I could see my yard and neighbors houses. The $23.91 was the cost of the bundle of shingles. 2/21/14 Received an email from Signature Exteriors, letting me know if I had received any roof damage from high winds from previous day they would be available to assist with immediate precautions to prevent additional damages. The roof did not have any damages. I did thank them for their quick response to help if needed. They have gone above and beyond to assist me. If my roof needs any repairs in the future............I will call Signature Exteriors!!
