First of all, I believe Sean has integrity and does very professional work. The problem lies with his sub-contracting skills. He had many sub-contractors who were not dependable and were not very easy to get along with. They left him to fix their mistakes etc., which he did do, but there were a lot of headaches because of it. Also he thought the job would take 3 months and it took abut 8 months!!! Sean is a very upstanding guy, it's just the problem of the people he sub-contracts and he also had a guy working for him, who's head was in another place, which caused us some problems. I.e., leaving paint in the grass where the dog could get into it etc. There was just one headache after another throughout the project.

Great experience from start to finish. Sean's estimate was one of the most detailed we received, making us feel very confident and comfortable with what exactly was and wasn't included in our price. We could have saved a significant amount of money if we had chosen different materials, but we chose natural stone tiles and granite, and we are EXTREMELY PLEASED with the outcome. Sean and his workers were very easy to work with and did a high-quality job. We did run into a couple of issues (not totally unexpected with such a large project), but Sean took care of both issues with no problems and at no extra charge to us. We have recommended him to friends of ours and will continue to do so.

Our experience with Shawn and his team has been great! They actually became part of the family! The work was well done and we have no complaints on his workmanship or his work. Would use him again and again as well as recommend him highly!
