Sandra Meranda - Coldwell Banker Gundaker

It went great!  Sandra is a real pro.  I did not have to follow up with her.  She stayed in contact with me and called me back, which is a major thing for me.  I would certainly use her again.

Sandra was wonderful.  She let us sort of take the lead to find our home. We were unsure of how quickly we wanted the process of finding a home to go, so at first we were taking it slow.  We would find homes online and ask Sandra to set appointments to view the homes with us.  Sandra is extremely quick to respond and set showings for us; in addition, she is flexible and worked with our schedule, mostly showing homes in the early evening to us.  After looking at a few homes, our search picked up the pace. Sandra was able to move right along with us with the same rapid response in setting up showings for us. Being a first time home buyer, I was full of questions during our showings.  Sandra was extremely helpful in addressing my specific concerns about each home that we saw.  After several weeks, we found the house we wanted to purchase.  When we wrote the offer, we were clueless about price and what repairs to ask for, for example specifically what to ask for, what was asking too much etc. (same with after the inspection).  Sandra advised us perfectly and we were lucky to get what we wanted from the sellers.  Sandra was not only supportive and a huge help during the buying process, but she was available for questions/concerns after we moved in to the new home.  We had concerns about issues that came up about a month after we moved in.  Sandra quickly contacted the sellers agent and got a response to ease our concerns from the sellers in a timely manner.  As a first time home buyer, I was glad I had Sandra to help me through the scary process of purchasing a home.
