Overall, I am very pleased with the room/railing and can't wait to have the floor installed and the room painted to bring it all together. I appreciated the up-front questions about details I had not considered when designing the room. The install went smoothly except for a few weather delays. Rustique coordinated all aspects of the construction. I recommend that you visit their showroom in O'Fallon to see the materials used in construction and view the different design options to ensure their products meet your needs. The salesman I worked with came across crass at times. Don't take it personally. He'll design and coordinate a nice room for you.

DUE TO THE COMPANY'S NETWORKING WITH OTHER INDIVIDUALS, WE WERE ABLE TO SAVE 2,000.00 ON THE PROJECT AS THE OLD SUNROOM WAS REMOVED BY ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL. WE CHOSE RUSTIQUE OVER OTHER COMPANIES AS THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR A COMPARABLE PRODUCT, AND THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE REALLY LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED. DURING INSTALLATION, THE INSTALLER INDICATED HE THOUGHT THE SLIDING DOOR WOULD LOOK BETTER ON THE OTHER SIDE, AND REQUESTED OUR OPINION BEFORE PROCEEDING. WE WENT WITH HIS SUGGESTION, AND WERE GLAD WE DID SO. THE FINISHED SUNROOM IS JUST BEAUTIFUL AND WE FEEL LIKE THIS WAS A GREAT INVESTMENT IN OUR HOME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THIS IS JUST SHODDY WORK. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND CANCELLED THE WINDOW REPLACEMENT, AND MY CANCELLATION WAS CONFIRMED. THEY THEN SHOWED UP TO MAKE REPAIRS. I ASKED THEM TO LEAVE, AND THEY CONTINUED TO WORK AND THEY REMOVED A WINDOW AND GOT INTO THE HOME, AND I COULD TELL BECAUSE THERE WAS MUD ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO TELL THE OWNER TO LEAVE MY PROPERTY ON ONE OCCASION. THE COMPANY OWNER HAS SENT THREATENING LETTERS TO ME, AND HE CONTINUES TO DRIVE BY MY HOME. I AM VERY UNCOMFORTABLE IN A NEW HOME THAT I HAVE ONLY LIVED IN FOR THREE MONTHS. THIS WAS A $48,000 JOB, AND I CANNOT EVEN ENJOY THE ROOM. THE PROJECT WAS NOT AT ALL WHAT I REQUESTED IT TO BE AND IS JUST A BIG NIGHTMARE. THE COMPANY IS NOW REQUESTING THE REMAINDER OF THE MONEY, AND IF IT IS NOT PAID, THEY WILL PUT A LEIN ON MY HOME. I WOULD BE BETTER OFF TO HAVE THE ROOM COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED AND HAVE A NEW ONE BUILT, BECAUSE IT IS SO HORRIBLE LOOKING AND OF SUCH POOR QUALITY.
