I have gotten to know Ronnie (Rone--Brazillian spelling) pretty well and will continue to use him to help me maintain my property.He is honest, polite, reasonable, thoughtful and posseses a generosity of spirit. In fact, Ronnie and Giovani Da Costa worked for no pay for an entire week to replace a woman's siding who had been ripped off by a contractor. She paid for the material and Ronnie and Giovani supplied their labor for free. They both saved her from a very bad situation. I was also saved by Ronnie. When Winston McIntosh announced he was quitting as my contractor he told Ronnie and the crew not to complete the job (or they would be fired) because now McIntosh "had me where he wanted me" (see the review under McIntosh Construction--McIntosh wanted more money--rain was forcasted and my house had no windows at that point). But Ronnie would have no part of that extortion. He finished the job. I have used him since for other jobs. He has skill and is very reasonable in his fees. I always feel like I receive a very good job for my money. Whatever he fixes is fixed for life. He even guarantees his work.
