Joe Roesler is the owner. He is awesome. He is honest, he is punctual. He does a great job. He is really, really good. He is just very, very fairly priced. He works by the hour and I feel like, he is really working by the hour. The cost is $35 a man hour and he usually comes with 2 or 3 people. I would definitely have him scheduled to come back out again.

Contractor showed up on time, figured out several options to solve my drainage problem, gave a very detailed and accurate estimate, allowed me a choice of materials and completed the job professionally and on time.

I have a severe drainage problem in my back yard due to incorrect installation of drainage pipes by the building of my house. J. Rosler came out, offered several suggestions and estimates to fix the problem. He told me what I needed, offered my options for picking out which materials I preferred and as soon as had made my selections began the job and finished it ahead of schedule. His billing explained each item by hours worked and cost, he supervised the work himself and made sure I was more than happy with the result. I would recommend him to anyone wanting quality work from a professional who is truly interested in customer satisfaction - - - both with results and with value.

We are downhill from our neighbors and get a lot of water pooling between the houses, in our basement, and in our back yard. I called Joe in Aug 09 for an estimate, along with several other contractors. He visited that same evening, as he had agreed to do, spent a lot of time looking at the problem area and planning the solution, and gave us an estimate that same evening. We hired him the next day because he clearly had the knowledge, expertise and experience to solve our drainage problem. That day he told us he could do the job 10-12-09, would take two days, unless it rained too hard, which it did and took two and a half days. He made sure the utilities were marked in advance by the utility companies. He restored all areas and did no damage. He promised us he would stay on the jobsite and work along with his staff. This was very important to know he would supervise the work, because of problems with previous contractors. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest. I liked that he said he would charge us by the hour because then we would pay the true cost of the job, no more, no less. We paid less than his estimate. We will hire him again for another job.

The work is first class, the finished project more than we could have asked for, and Joe is so proud of his work that he tore out the first wall he built and did it over when he realized it was settling more than he liked. He was always prompt, always communicative, kept us informed at all times, and was as nice as anyone could wish to work with. We cannot recommend Joe and his work strongly enough!
