They come every three months and the cost listed is for each visit. I think they do an excellent job and they are very courteous. They came exactly when they said they would. They were informative and detailed in their description of the work.

We had initially called them catch an unknown animal we heard in our attic. Charlie came out very quickly and set a trap. He has been out one other time to check and re-bait the trap. We have not caught anything yet; however, we called him last night when we saw some unknown bugs crawling in our family room and in our garage. Charlie couldn't come, but Scott came out this morning and sprayed the entire house both inside and out. We could not be home when he was available to come, but we trusted them to let themselves in using a garage code and spray while we were not home. They provide a great service and have been extremely helpful!

The technician Scott Dyme does an excellent job. He is very professional and is very thorough. I think their prices are very competitive with others. They always call the day before they come out. If you find any signs of infestation between treatments they will come out and spray the entire or a specific area if you prefer at no extra charge. They also have a referral reward program.
