Follow up to earlier review. With the better weather this Spring, I called Mike and asked him to bid on, and ultimately replace my roof and gutters. I couldn't be happier with the service, the quality, the responsiveness, and the price. My roof is slightly larger than some others, and the price he quoted was very fair and in line with others I had been given the previous year. The things I liked the most about working with Mike and his team was their responsiveness to my questions and requests, the fact that they used all local people who were hard working and extremely nice, the materials they used were made in the USA... and they had my roof done in one day. The gutters and downspouts were completed the following week, also in one day.
We ran into only one problem and Mike brought it to my attention before he did anything about it to see what I wanted to do and how to handle it. It was addressed and fixed just as we agreed and honestly I am just super pleased about the entire experience.
