Patrick was extremely thorough, prompt, and informative. First of all I show up early everywhere (at least ten minutes). He was already in the house setting up when I arrived (good sign!) He went through the house corner to corner and gave me an explanation of what he was doing the entire time. After he was finished, he not only gave me a verbal recap of what he found, he printed everything out and handed it over in a nice binder with tabs. On top of that he sent an email copy to me immediately so that I could forward it to my realtor to discuss bargaining with the seller. Who knew there was so much to inspect when buying a house (such as the grading outside, inside the furnace, electrical box, insulation etc)? Well, I feel much more confident in my purchase now that Patrick has seen the place. If you need a home inspection call this guy. Way to go Pillar to Post!
