Don't hire them! Terrible company. Didn't show-up on schedule. We signed the contract (and paid 1/2 the money) 6 months before our home was completed so we could lock-in the start/completion date. Well that didn't happen. The were suppose to start in April but the pool wasn't finished until end of July. One excuse after another. Wouldn't return calls. They cut our main water line and then tried to tell the laborer over the phone how to repair it. We insisted on a licensed pipefitter. Never provided warranty papers. The pool isn't level. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Made sure they were paid but showed up a month late. Although there was no rain the month they were to show. But did show up to get the check. Sold us on that they can show us our backyard with the pool by computer animation. But never did it. Were supposed to come out and go over where the whole was to be dug for the pool. Didn't show up till the day of ground breaking and brought the backhoe. The so called site manager came the day of the ground breaking but was never heard from again. He refused to call us back or talk to us when we called. The secretary had to play go between. The pool school was not worth the time. I was rushed and given no written information on how to run the equipment. Found the warranty laying outside under the pool equipment two weeks later. Since then I've heard many bad stories about this company. They got their money and that's all they cared about. Pool is not even in the ground. More water on one end than the other.
