Olney Sewer and Drain LLC

My wife and I have been using Olney for years. The first time we called them everything seemed fine when the service guy left. A couple hours later we used the toilet again. It overflow again; at 4:30 pm on a Friday. They returned my call, came back out and worked until the job was done. To work so long on a Friday evening so impressed my that I have used them ever since. Another good trait they display is they don't take on more than they can tackle. We had problems with our main water line. He came out and told us it was more than he could handle. So much better for us than having a bad outcome. I just had them back out for a bad odor in my laundry room. He was quite honest with us. We can see if "snaking" every thing helps. He was very straight forward with me and told me he wasn't sure. I really feel like I am dealing with an honest business that offers service at a reasonable price.

Excellent experience. Scheduling the appointment was painless. I called around 4:30 on Wednesday and service was scheduled for 9-10 the next morning. Our service man arrived right around 9:30, knew the cause of the problem immediately and educated us on how to prevent another issue. He completed the work quickly, was friendly and even zip tied our AC condensation hose to the grate for us. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and the price was better than the specials being offered elsewhere.
