HE HAS SINCE HELPED US REFINANCE A COUPLE OF TIMES OVER THE LAST 9 YEARS TO LOCK IN A LOWER RATE, GO FROM FHA TO COMMERCIAL AND ELIMINATE THE PRIVATE MORTGAGE INSURANCE, ETC. HE IS SMART, RELIABLE, AND HONEST, AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. A FIRST-RATE LOAN OFFICER.
