"Thank you again for your business!"
"So glad you are happy with the roof! We appreciate the business you have given us over the past several years. Thank you for showing that confidence is us. NOLAN EXTERIORS"

"It was a pleasure working with you as well Thank you for the business! NOLAN EXTERIORS"
Since the storm that damaged our roof consisted of only 60 mph winds and we purchased shingles that are warrantied up to 130 mph and the roof was only 3 months old, I told nolan that I exepected all repairs to be covered by the warranty. 2 months of phone calls and complaining later, They finally came by to look at my roof. They told me they were going to repair my roof at no cost to me. Keep in mind this was only a dozen or so shingles that needed replaced, two men could finish this job in 2-3 hours. 2-3 weeks after they had finally come by to look at the damage (this is approx 3 months after the initial storm) and still no repairs. Finally I called nolan again and informed them that if my roof was not repaired in one week I was getting a lawyer to handle this, only then did my roof get repaired.
Initial installation went fine, service after the sale was non existent.
"We are sorry you feel this way. It was unfortunate that we couldn't get any help from the manufacturer on the wind-damage to your roof. The repairs (temps and final) were done under our warranty even though they were not a result of poor workmanship. In the end what matters is that you were unhappy and for that we are sincerely sorry. We will not respond with excuses but are glad you are fixed and should have no further problems. Thank you for your business and if given the opportunity we will do a better job for you in the future."
"Thank you so much for taking the time to review the job we did and for the kind words. Please do not hesitate to call if we can help in any way. NOLAN EXTERIORS"
"It was great working with you also Member. Hope we got it!"
"Thank you for the report! We are happy to see that you were satisfied with the work."
The workers came out about 6:00-6:30 am and worked until about 7:00 pm. There was barely any debris or remanence that anyone was there. They did a fantastic job.
Jim was great to work with and we have already gotten a bid to continue siding above our garage door (right now has particle board that is cracked and looks dreadful).
"sorry about the delay fixing the fascia really crazy from the storms. Thank you for your past repair business and for this job"
After another week with no contact, I called again. This time I was told my bid was returned for a bad address, so they didn't know what to do. (I had given them my PO box that I use for mail the previous call and told them not to wait on a paper bid and acceptance.) He apologized and promised to get out the following week. The next week went by without any contact. At the end of the next week after that, I called to cancel the work order. Then I was told the repairman was at my house that very day!
During the long wait, several other roofers had called me. If he was too busy, he could have been honest at the outset.
The same night the repair was done, I went into a spare bedroom that I normally keep closed off from air conditioning and was dismayed to find the drywall on the ceiling bowed down and molded.
Obviously, the wait was a problem.
Finally, I got a call from a lady wanting my address! I gave her my P O box for the fourth time. Apparently, the man I spoke to the first three times never did write it down.
They were on time and reasonably priced. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
"Thank you for the report. Glad the repair took care of the problem!!"
