The actual service was great. The communication from the office about when the services were to be done were very lacking. There were just a handful of times where I received a notice of a service when it actually happened. More times than not, the service providers would be here and I had no idea that they were coming. With animals outside, that was a bit of a problem. It happened at least 4 times throughout the season.

My neighbor has used them for a few years, says they are fine. We have had issues from the start. 1. They sprayed my neighbors yard instead of mine because they just went to the wrong house. How that happens when we have house numbers is beyond me. It was my neighbor that found the error, not the company. When I called, they said they would just do another spraying later and that we had "agreed" to 7 sprayings, not when they happen. That doesn't make sense when they specifically set sprayings for 21 days because of the short lifespan of the spray and hatchings of mosquitos. 2. I have called and called about re-sprayings (at no cost). I have told them the front porch still has mosquitos. They have come and sprayed again. And I still have swarms of mosquitos. Neighbors knock on the garage door instead of the front door because of mosquitos. How can you not get them when you came to re-spray that exact area? * Special Note: My yard is NOT special. I have an ordinary yard with ordinary mosquito issues. No standing water. No potted plants. No water features. A covered porch (6x6) should be routine.

It was great. They came out two years ago. It worked out well, they came out on a regular basis and I had no mosquitos. They kept it simple. I moved out of the house. When I called them they would do an extra spray.

The service from Mosquito Squad of the North Shore turned good,. very good. Now, I don't have any mosquito problems. I think it works, if you don't want mosquitoes that would be the reason for me to recommend this provider to a family member or a friend. I think that their people and their equipment stood out the most. They email you before they are going to do it just to make sure there is not going to be anybody in the yard or you are not doing any yard work for 24 hours or at least 8 hours for it to dry. I thought that they have always communicated well through email and phone calls.

It turned out fine. The wiring had been inadvertently cut by some people that were changing out the lawn irrigation system. What these people did was splice in some new insulated wire so that the system would work again. Based on my experience they were dependable. They would do what they said they would. It was done quite speedily. It took them less than two hours to perform the service. Two people came out to perform the service.

The service went very well.  I liked that they were effective and worked pretty well.  There was nothing that I disliked about them.  Their quality was pretty good.

They're just easy to deal with. They're always very careful about following specific instructions. Their price, quality, and communication is great. I will continue to use them in the future.

Well, it appears to work.  We don't have many mosquitos around, and I can sit outside in the summer assuming it's not a zillion degrees out.  It doesn't work on most other bugs, so you'll get moths and other insects.  If they could get Cicadas I would have paid a fortune.  

It's our first year in the region and the house, so I'm not sure what it would have been like without the squad.  However, I usually get bit when we go to Kirkwood Park, so I think it must do something.

.  They are good. They did their job well. They are little bit on the pricey side. You get so many applications for a certain price and I think we will have only 6 applications for the price we paid though I don’t know the total price. My husband and I talked about it and I think it is a pretty fair price. I am going to hope that they will lower their price.  I will use this provider in the future.

We call them when we need them. It's just a really good product that they use because it works well. They are really good but I think the price is a little high though I've not compared it with anyone else.
