Description of Work: Was sellers agent for my home. Agent was very unprofessional and had the interests of the buyer uppermost on list instead of interests and concerns of his client (seller) Anything for buyer to get that commission. I will NEVER use them again nor would I recommend them.

+ -1 moreHe was always prompt and responsive during the 12 months we worked with him during this selling and buying process. He arranged a professional photographer and put together great marketing materials for the house we sold. On the market 60 days before getting a contract and selling it! He was right on with the recommendations for improvements/prep for selling. When searching for our next home, we looked at over 30 houses and George was patient, helpful, and always on time. When a new house we liked would 'go live' he would be willing to set-up a go see that evening or the next. And becuase of this, we were able to find the house of our dreams the day it went up on the market.
Description of Work: George Black assisted us in the selling of our last home and finding/purchasing our new house.
