He was always prompt and responsive during the 12 months we worked with him during this selling and buying process. He arranged a professional photographer and put together great marketing materials for the house we sold. On the market 60 days before getting a contract and selling it! He was right on with the recommendations for improvements/prep for selling. When searching for our next home, we looked at over 30 houses and George was patient, helpful, and always on time. When a new house we liked would 'go live' he would be willing to set-up a go see that evening or the next. And becuase of this, we were able to find the house of our dreams the day it went up on the market.
