Siding Service
LONG STANDING APPEARANCE ISSUES. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE THAT WEEK. THEY DID NOT SHOW, AND DIDN T CALL. AFTER 3 MORE WEEKS AND SEVERAL UNRETURNED CALLS WE FILLED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. INITIALLY THEY DIDN T RESPOND TO THE BBB, BUT AFTER ANOTHER MONTH - CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO INVESTIGATE. UPON ARRIVAL WE HAD ALREADY REMOVED THE SIDING, AND WERE IN THE PROCESS OF REPAIRING THE DAMAGED WOOD SO THAT WE WOULDN T SUSTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. WE SHOWED THEM PICTURES, SAMPLES, AND WORK IN PROGRESS VERIFYING OUR ISSUES. WHEN THEY LEFT, THEY AGREED THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE AND WERE GOING TO FILE A CLAIM FOR THE DEFECTIVE SIDING AND LOOK INTO INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE REST OF THE COST.. ONE MONTH LATER WHEN THEY RESPONDED TO THE BBB, THEY STATED THAT WE DIDN T HAVE A WARRANTY. THEY OFFERED TO PAINT THE SIDING AND REPLACE THE DAMAGED WOOD AS THEIR REMEDY. THEY KNEW THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE FROM THEIR PREVIOUS VISIT. THEIR OFFER WAS NOT IN GOOD FAITH.
