 + -1 moreVery bad, very dishonest. Took payments, walked off job at 40% complete, and defaulted on the contract costing me an additional $30,000 plus. My $50K addition cost me $80K, and a court fine. Oh yes, he never pulled the permits. He owes me $30K.
