We won't really happy with them. We reordered the door and then they didn't put it through so it took twice a long to get it. I had my kitchen guy waiting on that before he could put it in. It was supposed to be delivered in July and the week it was supposed to be delivered they called and told me it wasn't ordered. They did give us a little price break on that. They put in and installed and my kitchen provider was not happy with it. I don't consider using them in the future.

I thought they were very helpful. We had a custom door made. We had some issues when they installed it but they ordered us another door and different people came out and the second time it was just perfect.

This was a major project for us and we started with no idea exactly what we wanted. Lowe's representative, Jennifer Blum, was unbelieveably patient and helpful. We really benefitted from her complete explanations of the differences of construction and quality of the various cabinets. Lowe's was very good about giving us the maximum discounts. Finally once the products were purchased they followed up with phone calls each step of the process to let us know when the work was scheduled and then confirmed it was done to our satisfaction. We had one awful misunderstanding with the countertop company but Lowe's rectified this by paying for the extra charge the countertop company was requesting. We really are thrilled with the remodeled kitchen. The work done could not have been better. We are very appreciative of Lowe's.

We had looked online before we went so we knew the size and brand that we wanted. There was no high pressure from the salesperson to change our minds on either the size or brand. I think they are a wonderful company.

I feel that the left hand didn't know what they right hand was doing. There was no communication between anyone. They delivered the material without informing us. They didn't have a permit to start so they had to come back out and pick it up. Then Lowe's didn't know that the contractor had started grading so the materials were delivered late. The contractor would say he would be out there first thing in the morning and wouldn't show up until 11:00. He would take a lunch an hour after showing up. Two days he didn't show up at all and it was not due to weather conditions. There are still a few small irritating things that need to be fixed. We called them a month ago to come back and we haven't heard anything so we gave up. There was a board and several bags of concrete left in the yard after they were finished and it took them two weeks to pick it up! I don't think that I would hire them again to do a job similar to this one.

LOWE;S WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY SENT OUT A MAN THAT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE ELECTRICAL INVOLVED. THE CEILING FAN WAS INSTALLED VERY FAST. THE STAFF THERE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
