They provide a report every time they come out letting you know what they put down, the condition of the lawn and what additional maintenance we need to perform (watering, raise mower deck, etc)

I was unable on my own to determine what was causing my once lush green zoysia lawn to brown along the edges. Lawn Doctor professionals came out within 2 days of calling, diagnosed a billbug insect problem and treated the same day. Significant damage had already been done but the lawn is well on the road to recovery. I followed up with a full yard weed treatment and my lawn has never looked better. It will take time to see if the dead edges come back or if I will need to plug or sod but I will keep Lawn Doctor throughout the process.

We cancelled the service last year but Lawn Doctor returned this year and treated the lawn while we were not home. After repeated calls to the company they have now sent a $58 bill to a collection agency. I recommend NOT doing business with Lawn Doctor.

Lawn Doctor was great! Jeremy came out and accessed the lawn in person. We decided since 75% of the lawn was weeds (and wild violet is almost impossible to kill) that it was best to kill off the entire front lawn and start over. Lawn Doctor killed the entire lawn, tested the soil, did an aeration and a "power seed". I was worried about the power seeding as I have never had luck with seed in the past (plus it was early October). They performed all the services and within one week our lawn was 70% filled in with new grass! It was amazing. The power seeding was great and much cheaper than sod. We did get lucky with some good weather in October and I think it really helped the seed grow fast. And the best...no weeds!! Going forward, Lawn Doctor with add a winter fertilizer, and quarterly weed control to keep the lawn looking beautiful. Jeremy's partner Kim is also great! She answered all my questions via email fast (and there were a lot). Highly recommend Lawn Doctor of St. Charles!!

Lawn maintenance program is mediocre at best. After a season and a half of treatments I still have issues with crab grass and my lawn looks pretty average. Their aeration and overseeding is priced at about a 40% premium to most other comparable services in the area; when specifically asked why they said they use "premium seed". The "premium" seed did grow in nicely, but no more nicely than the other companies I've used for overseeding. At the end of the day; my lawn looks pretty average, and if their pricing was comparable to other providers in the area I would have probably continued using them; however the performance just can't justify them charging about a 30-40% premium.

My lawn looked better than it ever. The technician would apply the fertilizer blend for my soil condition and time of year to prevent burn-out. In addition they would spot treat for invasive grasses and weeds. The overseeding and aeration were performed less than a week ago so I cannot attest to the outcome.

They transformed our lawn over the last 2-3 years. They are always quick to come out and make any situation right. If we find weed they will come back out and spray again. We are always satisfied with them.

I like them. They are responsible, courteous, and prompt. The only reason why I wouldn't use them again is because I had someone call me from the company stating that they would do lawn aeration and seeding for me for around $225.00 and that seemed pretty high.

When they saw my lawn they advised that I should just start over and not try to fertilize. The price was very reasonable compared to what I had already spent. They killed all of the existing lawn, reseeded the lawn and aerated.. Now my lawn looks very good. They are very knowledgeable and I continue to use them.

I initially contacted Jeremy a few months ago to address some issues with our lawn. Weeds were on the verge of outnumbering the grass, and we had some ill and dead looking areas. Jeremy scheduled an appointment for the next day, and arrived promptly. He very patiently and intelligently answered all my questions, and I signed a contract for lawn care. Within 24 hours my first service was delivered by a lawn professional. At first I was skeptical but within several weeks I could tell things were heading in the right direction. We have now had three or so treatments, and our lawn is beyond anything I ever imagined. All weeds are gone, and areas that have had no grass for ages are filled int. Each service is approximately $90. and it is money very well spent. Lush and very green is the way I would describe my lawn now. Jeremy and everyone connected with his company gets a huge thumbs up for customer service, friendliness, and helpfulness. I would recommend the Lawn Doctor without hesitation....he has performed a medical miracle on our lawn!!!
