KURTZ TURF FARM

Talked to Dan on the phone on a Tuesday. We agreed to have top soil delivered Friday morning and sod on Saturday morning. I asked about payment and he said pay when they show up. So late Friday morning I call to see if they are still coming out and they said no due to rain the days before. A phone call would have been appreciated. I said I would still like the sod on Saturday. They said ok. So Saturday morning I call to ask them if they still plan on delivering the sod. They asked my location and what my order was and after a minute they said no and I should call back to reschedule. They didn't offer to reschedule me while I was on the phone and offered very little information. Customers are defineitly not their priority. I'm going to call another sod farm on Monday.

I called on 5/2/14 and spoke to Dan. He was very nice and pleasurable to speak to. He was going to come out the very next day, on a Saturday, for an estimate, so I was very pleased he was able to come out so quickly, however, he never called and never showed. I haven't heard from anyone since.

Then we waited for the weather to cool, and set a date. They did a nice job for me and cleaned up their mess afterwards. They met my expectations, and I am happy with the work they performed.
