Could not have hoped for a better experience.

I worked primarily with Steve, who was extremely responsive, friendly and efficient.  He was able to come out the next day after my initial phone call to provide an estimate.  After getting quotes from a few other companies, I had the most confidence in Leiber and they had the lowest price.  After officially hiring them, they were able to perform the work that same week, which was terrific as it was the hottest week of the year and I was worried  that they would be too busy with other A/C repair jobs.  
Overall I am very happy with the outcome.  The only reason for the "B" in quality is that one of the cut-outs in the ductwork was not properly caulked/sealed.  However, my wife didn't like the placement of one of the registers (not Leiber's fault) so I asked Steve to come back out to move it.  And when he did, he addressed the seal on the cut-out.  Even with the extra service charge to move the register, Leiber's price was still better than the competitors.  
Good company and would definitely use again.

Arrived on time and provided professional service. AC system worked very well well finished.

They are a small company, and I am always happy with them. They are quick to respond. I have used them for 10 years, and I have always had the same person come out. Another time, we had a problem with the blower motor coming off of the side of the furnace. Leiber came out and took care of it, and it wasn't outrageously expensive. The people next door had the same problem and called a different company, and theirs cost about twice as much. I am not sure that they will always come in lower. My sister and my sister-in-law use them as well. They had a bid on a whole house air conditioner unit, and Leiber was enough under that really in addition to them being a good company, that alone would have been worth getting it from them. They are pretty reasonable. There is an answering machine that will answer after hours. They don't push service plans, because if you need something done they will do it. If you are a customer with them, they will do the work for you first as opposed to someone who is not. You can ask them questions, and they6 will have an answer for you. If you see something that you think is a problem, they won't make it a problem just to make money.

We realized the furnace wasn't working around 6 PM(after hours). I called and left a message. A very short time later, the owner, called back and said he would be right over. He came and temporarily repaired the furnace, so we would have heat for the night. Then, he returned the next day with the correct part and fixed the problem. The furnace was still under warranty, therefore, we did not have to pay. I was extremely impressed with the way my call was returned immediately and our furnace was repaired immediately.
