I earnestly recommend that you consider developing a partnership with Joanna and her Lead Office Professional, Judie Loopstra, when/if you are purchasing/selling your property. Cannot say enough wonderful things about Joanna's expertise and knowledge on how to sell a house. From our first encounter with Joanna she went out of her way to evaluate and research how our property compared to other similar houses in adjacent areas, explain how the entire process works and offer constructive and reasonable comments to help sell the house as quickly as possible. She was always available to answer questions and provide resources to utilize for issues that could come up. This was an extremely important quality for my husband and I when choosing an agent since I am disabled and have issues that could come up that other sellers might not have.

Selling a house can be extremely stressful, but Joanna took all the stress away from the process. She answered all of my many questions, helped out in any way she could, and went above and beyond protocol! With such a pleasant experience the 1st time around, I now have her looking for a property for our family to buy. She constantly updates me and is working to help us find our dream property. Joanna was recommended to me by a colleague who had purchased a house in Lake St. Louis. I was told that she was very knowledgeable and very responsive and helpful for newbies. We began our house search during summer of 2016 in the St. Charles/ St. Peters area, but had to postpone until Christmas time. When we were ready to start looking again, Joanna hit the ground running for us. She lined up a house we wanted to see in Ballwin that same day, and later that night, we were putting in our first offer, with guidance from Joanna. I feel like her knowledge of the area and quick research of local comps really gave us some good negotiating power. Thanks to her, I feel like we saved thousands on our new house. She was always available and very responsive to all of our needs during the entire process. Her office set up all of the inspections and handled everything, so all we had to do was show up and sign loan documents on closing day. The entire process was extremely easy, thanks to Joanna. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house anywhere in St. Louis.

We used Joanna to both buy our home and then to sell our home. When purchasing we were coming from another state for a few days and she took us to a very large list of houses and showed us around the area. When selling she had a professional stager and photographer come in and tell us what we needed to do. The house wasn't even on the market 48 hours and we had a contract!!! She was very knowledgeable about the current market both when we were buying and selling.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs. She kept us in the loop at all times, even with the small stuff. Real estate deals can be stressful, and Joanna realizes that, and makes every attempt to make them less so. She accommodated all of our requests, even the silly ones, (like providing us with a sold sign for our yard after closing), goes the extra mile at all times, and always makes you feel like her number one client. Her go-getter spirit, positive and friendly attitude, and many years of experience make her one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I am confident she helped me find my dream home, but I would not hesitate to recommend her to all of my family and friends. Thanks for all you do Joanna.

It went great! Joanna is very personable and kind and accommodating to our schedule. She responded quickly over phone and email and was always there to answer our questions. Joanna even worked with us to help us close on our house when she was out of town on vacation. She didn't have to do that, but went above and beyond to make sure we didn't lose out on the house that we wanted. From the first time we talked with Joanna she was helpful and made us feel comfortable working with her. She has a lot of experience and it shows. She took us to view all the homes we requested and when we decided to put an offer on a house she worked with us and the other relator and helped us negotiate the price to get a price that we were happy with and felt was fair. Overall I would recommend hiring Joanna if you want someone who is dedicated to doing her job well and making you happy. She never made us feel rushed to buy and never hesitated to take us to all the homes we wanted to see.  I would definitely hire Joanna again in the future.

We were provided Joanna information from a program from Texas because the program did research and said she was our best bet. They were wrong if every way and I was hoping they were right. If you acquire her services to list the house, be prepared to do all the work and have to pay her a 3% commission or more. I had to do open houses on my own because she did not agree with open houses and I needed to give my house more exposure to sell it to get to Texas. I had to email her every single time asking a price change because she was not monitoring the houses around me, and the response I would get is "thanks for keeping informed." I received 2-3 calls from her that originated from her. All other calls originated from me, and the 2-3 calls were toward the end of the contract because I was looking to at least lease the house so one of the calls was that she had contacted another broker to the lease because she does not do lease. 
I then proceed to ask for a cancelation of our contract because I needed to find someone else that had better communication, and more professional in every manner. Her response (which after talking with other realtors is really not heard of, but it rarely happens) was that I could not cancel and that was that. 
Honestly, there are other agents, please do not go through the headache I have gone through with her. I typically do not do reviews at all, but when something is really good or really bad and believe everyone should now. This was really really bad. I cannot speak to her ability to find a house for you to buy, but based on my experience with her with trying to sell my house, I would stay way away.

Great.   Joanna had showed us houses 2 years ago, but we didn't find what we were looking for. She was so great to work with, though, that we sought her out this spring to help us again. This time we found what we were seeking.  Joanna did a great job of telling us what to look construction-wise, and how to go about the process of negotiating with the owners.  She was relentless in getting us the best deal.  I would use her company again.
