Overall they have been good. The last technician had to read the manual to know how to do something fairly simple, but I think I have an older system. They are a bit slow to call back after the alarm goes off, but they do call usually within about seven minutes.

THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO BE DONE AND WHY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND WILLING TO WORK WITH US ON CHANGES. THEY CALL PROMPTLY WHENEVER THE ALARM IS SET OFF. I FEEL CONFIDENT WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE.
