 + -1 moreOverall they have been good. The last technician had to read the manual to know how to do something fairly simple, but I think I have an older system. They are a bit slow to call back after the alarm goes off, but they do call usually within about seven minutes.
Description of Work: This company has monitored my alarm system and fixed problems with the system. They charge $21 a month plus service fees if they come out. It usually runs about $100 if they need to come out.

 + -1 moreTHEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO BE DONE AND WHY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND WILLING TO WORK WITH US ON CHANGES. THEY CALL PROMPTLY WHENEVER THE ALARM IS SET OFF. I FEEL CONFIDENT WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE.
Description of Work: INTERFACE INSTALLED AN ALARM SYSTEM IN OUR FIRST HOME AND THEN WE MOVED AND THEY CAME TO OUR NEW HOME AND INSTALLED AN ALARM SYSTEM WITH US.
