He never supplied any materials or work for the heating and cooling system. Also he was paid to do some carpentry work, did some, but all of it has to be taken down because of poor craftsmanship. He promised a crew of five guys, and showed up with one twelve year old boy. He would scream at me and threaten to put a lean on my house if I did not pay him more money with less than 20% of the work done but over two thirds of it was already paid. He also claims to be a licensed electrician and plumber but is not licensed in either. He also claims to be insured and bonded but he is not. I did some research on the guy and found out that he has ripped off a lot of other people.

He was very prompt and gave me other estimates to replace the entire furnace and complete AC system. He specializes in mobile homes and even gave me a follow up phone call after the job was completed. The lowest bid I got besides that was $300 higher than Guardians.
