If it hadn't been for Service Master, I may have lost my mind. They were a calming presence in a totally chaotic mess that we were experiencing.
Description of Work: Our historic home in Benton Park West was hit extremely hard on July 19,2006. We lost most of the roof, as well as our skylight. We had gallons of water gushing down from our third floor to our first floor. We lost power from Wednesday until Saturday like everyone else in our neighborhood. But it was difficult to keep 3 cats and a German Shepard cool and hydrated. I called Service Master for help and they were there as quickly as humanly possible. They set up several dehumidifiers and fans and began drying out our home. I had to call them a second time when the tarping didn't hold and several more gallons poured into our home again.
