AFTER EXTENDED EFFORTS ON MY PART, I RECEIVED AN UNREALISTIC QUOTE FOR ROOFING. HE NEVER RETURNED A QUOTE FOR SIDING AND KEPT MY PLANS. THE PLAN COST $40 FOR DUPLICATION ALONE. NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. HE "TALKED THE TALK" BUT DIDN'T "WALK THE WALK".

I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER, MIKE FREEMAN, ON THE PROPOSAL AND REQUIREMENTS. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. OUT OF 5 PROPOSALS, HE WAS ONE OF THE LOWEST AND ITEMIZED. MANY OTHER COMPANIES WILL NOT DO SO. HIS PERSONA WAS VERY DOWN-TO-EARTH (BLUE COLLAR). HE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE TYPE OF PROPOSAL YOU DESIRE. HE CAME OUT TO MY HOME SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH HOW IT LOOKS AND HOW IT WAS INSTALLED. HIS WORKMANSHIP IS GUARANTEED FOR 16 YEARS, NOT INCLUDING 25 YRS ON PRODUCT GUARANTEE.
