Matt texted prior to arriving, confirming I was home.  We did not have to move the chair, he just needed good light and access to power.  He shrunk the leather slightly, applied a compound for a smooth finish and perfectly matched the color.  I would gladly have Matt in my house and recommend him to others.

"We are sorry to hear that. We have very few call backs but they do happen due to some contaminates that may have not been removed completely, Cleaning and prep is key to a long lasting redye. We offer a 1year warranty on all services. I did look up your invoice and it looks like we did this in 2012. I know it has been 2-1/2 years since we redyed the headrest but we wish you would have called, we would have been happy to take care of this for you. The headrest area and arms are the most damaged because of alcohol based hair products and head and body oils."

I attempted to clean it with hints from the net, but got nowhere.(and actually began to take the color out). I called Matt Monday afternoon and he got me on the schedule for the next day. He was on time, quickly did the repair and left no mess. Overall all one could ask for, I would call him again in a heartbeat.  It wasnt cheap but my attempt to fix it did more damage than good, and his repair was perfect. Next time I would just call him.

Another company did a horrible job cleaning the furniture, so I went with this company.  When this man came out, he worked for a bit.  He had some new equipment.  He asked me if he could bring someone else out to help with the job later on.  They explained what they were going to do.  They were positive and professional.  I knew that I had a challenge for them.  There was nothing wrong with them having to come back with extra help.
