I purchased a used laptop for $300 about 6 months ago. Last week, the motherboard went out.  EPC gave me two choices replace the motherboard or purchase another used laptop. Both solutions would cost over $200. THE GOOD: They did not charge me the $30 diagnosis fee. (The reason I gave them a D instead of F) THE BAD: They let me walk out the door with a broken laptop with no offer of discount or solution beside paying full price. I realize I purchased a used laptop and the risk comes with that, but the average cost came to $50 per month and no hint of trying to work with me. I can t say that I will be a repeat customer.

I needed to set up, basically, 2 new small offices within certain timeframe. Not being up-to-date on the current technology, I turned to EPC to help set up the computers. Both locations were set up, and whenever I had a question or needed help, EPC was there. A most professional operation and very knowledgeable people.
