In the MLS listing as well as their own web site an HSA home protection plan was included for "piece of mind". Unfortunately after the sale there was no paperwork or any mention of the home protection plan. When our agent inquired about the plan she was informed that Keller Williams would be providing no such warranty plan because it was not listed in the actual contract. Of course neither ourselves or our agent thought it necessary to list anything that was listed as a "perk" to buying the house. Heck, there was an HSA protection plan tag on the front door. Just a warning to anyone doing business with this Realtor. Get everything in writing or they will take advantage of you.
