Paid 325 dollars up front, Services were a joke to begin with, never even fulfilled what he claimed I was paying for, put one trap in back yard claim got one mole. Was supposed to check trap weekly went 2 weeks without even doing that after I called to complaint did put more traps out than with no results. When I called to complaint was only told to be patient. When he moved traps was on opposite side of yard from where all the mole damage was being done when I called to complaint about that came home from work note left in door check traps removed last service.

I was not too happy with Earthsmart. They went ahead and charged me for a service that they couldn't do. They just kept charging me. They were punctual. They weren't very professional. I was no happy with Earthsmart's services. I felt like we paid for services we don't need, honestly. I had paid them for services, and I found out there was services they didn't do. They overcharged me. When I got back to them about this, the owner said to call him with any issues. I called and called, and they would never get back to me. Not a good job. Very unprofessional. They didn't do anything. The best was, they were courteous at the beginning, and the guys were helpful when they came out. The worst, they wouldn't return calls or nothing, once they got the money. No calls, nothing. They need to know they work they are doing, more knowledgeable about their work ethic. Be punctual with customer calling. Returning calls to customer. In the beginning they were better. Towards the end, I don't know what happen. I want to be fair. They were better in the beginning, and worst toward the end. I think it was the manager. The employees were very pleasant. The management off the employees, things were falling apart.

We have been using Earthsmart for a couple of years now, and I am always pleased with their service. The natural chemical they use for bug control REALLY WORKS - we used to have large spiders and centipedes, but since they have started spraying, I never see any unless I wait too long to call them. (They recommend 4 treatments per year, but we have been fine with twice a year.) The chemical is also odorless and non-toxic for kids and pets. We always get an appointment within days of calling them, they show up on time, and every employee has always been very kind, quick to do their job, friendly, and professional. Can't recommend them enough!

I’ve used them for several years. The cost includes internal spraying and around the base of the house. The warranty or guarantee of the service is three months. Within three months, they will come back out.

The first initial treatment was inside and outside, and then they just come and do the perimeter of the building, and if I need anything inside, they will come back in and do the inside too.

The same gentleman has been coming to my home for several years and I have always been very satisfied with their service.

I like this company because the organic material they use is safe for kids and pets. They are nice and I have used them before. They are good; once they spray I don't see any bugs. They were here on time and I will use them again in the future.

It worked - I will have them again.

Damon, the exterminator arrived on time (before I got home from work) and sprayed the exterior of the house. He spent time discussing the ants and spiders (he was quite knowledgeable about these pests). He was sure to ask about children's rooms/play areas in order to avoid spraying those rooms of the home. The pesticide was not an organic version (although he said that can be requested, but is not as effective). There was no odor to the pesticide he used, but my sensitive sinuses did react a little while he was spraying inside. Cannot yet tell if the treatment worked since it takes about 1-2 weeks to ensure the pests are all gone.

Since the exterminators are paid commission for upselling, I did receive quotes for mole killing/prevention, and termite prevention. I don't know what the going rate is for these types of services, but it seemed quite pricey.

It's likely that we will not hire an exterminator in the future (rather use store bought stuff we spray ourselves) unless we have some major problem/infestation. But since we have a baby 'on the way' and were finding brown recluse spiders in the garage every couple days, we decided to call the professionals this one time.

They came back a 2nd time because we needed ongoing service. The company was easy to work with but we may always have to fight the ants.

I like the product that they use because it is a green spray. It does not leave behind an order and it is pet and children safe. The price is fair and they do a good job.

This service is excellent. The products they use smell wonderful and have a clove base. Eric, the technician who services our geographical area, is professional, knowledgeable and personable. I trust him in my home and around my children. If I am having a particularly bad problem(lots of ants due to heavy rain...)he takes extra steps to take care of the problem. I have used this company for three years and they are ALWAYS on time, friendly and their work is guaranteed. The second follow up spray is free if you choose to use it.

I like them because it's earth friendly, pet friendly, and child friendly. They're a good company to use. They're reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. I complained to them that I had a problem with moles in my yard and they told me how I could do it myself cheaply.

I have been using their service for two to three years now. They offer a earth friendly pesticide product and that if why I use them. I use their services once a year. This year I have had to have them come back because the service did not work, they came back for no additional cost though.

The process was effective. They did have to make 2 visits but were able to completely rid all of the ants. The products they use have no fumes and are environmentally safe for humans as well as animals.

This is the 3rd time we've used EarthSmart. Their products are billed as "nontoxic" which is one of the motivations to have them do pest control. We had major communication problems with this company. Upon setting up an appointment for service, a technician came out on a different, earlier day. I had discussed that particular day as an option but then declined it for a later appointment. However, somehow this was miscommunicated by their office. (All parties recall the later appointment.) Secondly, specific instructions were given as to which areas were to be treated, both during the phone contact and during the technician's visit. However, he was found to be treating one of the areas erroneously. Very specific instructions were given requesting foot coverings to be worn, because we have an infant. These were simply "forgotten" by the office staff, requiring extensive cleanup after EarthSmart's visit. They need a serious overhaul of their office protocols.

I DON'T THINK THEY WERE VERY EFFECTIVE.

THEY WERE REALLY NICE WHEN THEY CAME OUT, BUT THEY STILL NEED TO COME BACK AND DO SOME WORK. THEY SPRAYED THE SIDING AND ACCIDENTALLY STAINED IT.
