Nicole and her team did an excellent job cleaning our home yesterday morning. Rhiannon and her team arrived at the end of the day so we were their last customer. I was a little worried since I figured they were very tired. But, they worked so hard for hours. Our home was cleaned today by Eve and her team. They did a great job. We are so impressed with how clean everything is after they finish. Today we especially noticed how clean our stovetop was. Although we had just changed our sheets yesterday, we were still asked if we would like clean linens. We are especially appreciative that the company makes every effort to reschedule their service when necessary as well as notifying us of their arrival time.

We've been using You've Got Maids for a few years now and are very pleased. The teams alternate each cleaning and some are better than others but they always do a good job. The crew that cleaned our home yesterday was spectacular!

I was notified this morning that my cleaning service would need to be rescheduled for December 9th due to limited staff today. I responded that we had guests arriving at noon on the 9th, so the cleaning would need to be completed by 11 am. I was assured that I would be first on the schedule that day. A short time later, I received another message that the cleaning team would be able to complete my home cleaning today as scheduled. I was very appreciative of the courteous communication and effort shown during this scheduling communication. To make things even better, Rhiannon and her team did an excellent job cleaning my home. They worked hard and were very thorough. The ladies are very professional and responsible. Many thanks!

YGM does a wonderful job. They came and did the monthly cleaning like they always do, but this time it meant so much more. They came 2 days before I was getting married and it took away any stress I had about getting my house clean and organized before I left for my honeymoon.
