Duncan Door services both residential and commercial customers for all of your garage door and door opener needs. We also service commercial dock plates and entry doors. Duncan Door Service is a small family owned business. Duncan Door is competetively priced, we always stand behind our work and the products we sell, if it's not right we'll make it right. Duncan Door is an area dealer for "Hormann" doors because we only want the best products for our customers, Hormann doors come with exclusive Finger Guard pinch resistant section joints, insulated doors 25 gauge galvanized steel inside and out with a limited lifetime warranty on sections, 7 years on hardware and 7 years on springs. Duncan Door carries Hormann Silent Drive Operators and we are also a Lift Master (Chamberlain) dealer

I called Ed Duncan a few months back for a garage door that was malfunctioning. He came out the SAME DAY and fixed it within minutes, for a low cost. I called him back yesterday for a different garage door that was not working properly, and once again he made time for a visit within 24 hours and quickly fixed the door perfectly, again for a reasonable cost. If he had told me I needed some expensive part I wouldn't have known the difference, but he fixed them both with nothing but the tools he brought. HONEST, FAST, RELIABLE SERVICE like this is hard to find these days.

Called another company on Saturday as springs were broken on garage door. Unable to come out until Monday for service call. Called Duncan Doors and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Came out within a couple of hours of placing the call. Replaced the springs and a few hinges. In addition, the garage door opener was not working properly and need of replacement. Placed order for new opener and will be replaced Tuesday morning.

Quick and on time! I was very happy with the overall service. He came out Monday to replace my springs and a broken cable. The next day the cable on the other side broke. He came first thing in the morning to replace it at no cost. Great service and I would recommend to anyone looking for fast service and the best price.

Mr. Duncan came on schedule. He changed out the old openers and put in the electronic eyes. He adjusted and cleaned the doors. He had to come back to help us program our new van's garage door opener that was in the car. He did not charge us for that. He did come back the next year to service the doors as they were opening roughly again.
