This was the only place that could come out on a Sunday afternoon. They were polite, quick and very professional. It wasn’t a hard fix but one nut was too old and I couldn’t get it to break free without worrying about doing real damage. The price was kinda high for the actual part, but not much more than the guys I usually use. I might’ve saved myself $100 if I would’ve gone a day without water, but it wasn’t worth that. They’re initial service cost is lower than most for an emergency call out, but I knew I’d mke that up in repair/fitting costs so I wasn’t shocked. I’d use them again for something like this if my regular plumbers aren’t available. If for no other reason than they’re fast and courteous.

Although the technician arrived about 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival window, he was able to partially clear the main line and with the help of another technician with a more powerful auger, completely cleared the main line and one other line which fed into the main line.

DrainMasters's was very professional; same day service at a time that was convenient for me. From the moment I called with my issue, to the follow up email, to the reminder call when they dispatched the plumber, to when Don arrived - all went well and totally met my expectations. Don was very professional, courteous and helpful. He made sure the issue was resolved before leaving - all at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use them again.

Had two issues, a backed up second story drain and a leak. They unclogged the drain and assumed this would stop the leak since there would be no standing water in the pipes. Wrong, I still have water leaking down from the second story to our main floor ceiling. Two bathrooms still not useable. When asked about the leak the tech said he would have to get into the wall to find it and left. Guess he needed to get to his next appointment.

Man from D.M. arrived, went straight to basement, came back up and said we needed a pressure valve for $605. I consented, as being without water is not fun. He was finished in less than an hour and had me running around the house to test faucets, while he yelled up from the basement. Still no water in any faucets, toilets etc. He finally came upstairs and looked at the kitchen faucet (until now he had not even touched a faucet). When he took it apart, little yellow bead like things flew into the air! Our water softener had broken and released all of these beads into our entire plumbing system. He went to bathroom sink and same thing. He stated that he had never seen anything like this and it would cost us $350 an hour x 2 plumbers to get it fixed! $700 per hour with an estimated 4 hours to fix it! My husband flushed the system himself and had a plumber come out to put in new softener. This plumber was AMAZING! He charged us $300 to put in softener AND to fix the shoddy install of pressure valve, that D.M. installed! The valve was LEAKING at a steady pace. When the man from Drain Masters left, he left all of the bead-like stuff all over the sink, walls, floor and counters! He left a horrible mess. So...what did Drain Masters do for me? They charged me for a pressure valve that wasn't needed. They installed valve incorrectly and to top it off...LEFT ME WITH A HORRIBLE MESS! I would NEVER use their services again and will be contacting the BBB.

We had an emergency situation of water leaking from the basement ceiling. I became aware of it late on a weekend night. I found this provider through Angie's List's website. I called past midnight and they were very courteous in responding to the voicemail message and recommending ways to avoid an immediate visit that would have entailed an additional $129 charge. While following their recommendation we identified an additional problem with the main water valve, but it was not an emergency that needed immediate fix. When the plumber arrived he quoted $265 to fix the ceiling leak, estimating the need to open a larger hole in the ceiling, and replacing a valve. He also quoted $565 for the main valve fix, that would be done a t a later date. After I approved the quotes, the plumber realized he only needed to cut a plastic line and reattach to the existing valve. When I pushed back on the cost of the repair, he offered a $50 reduction on the worked to be done at a later date, not on the work he had just performed. I later called another company that quoted $375 to repair the main valve. In conclusion, nice people who were very considerate in the late night call. Nice and courteous plumber who fixed the problem. However, I was not pleased with the refusal to adjust the price after less work than necessary was performend.

A Drain Masters representative contacted me very quickly after I called. He was at my location within twenty minutes of returning my call. He evaluated the situation quickly and began the process of locating utilities through dig rite. The whole job was done within six hours. This was overnight Saturday September 3rd and 4th 2016. Very courteous, professional, hardworking. I am completely satisfied with response time and completion as promised. I highly recommend them. Keep in mind this was done on a holiday weekend.

We called the company and Chris was sent to our house within 45 minutes. Great response time! We were in the beginning stages of a complete remodeling and the quick service provided by Chris allowed us to continue without additional delays.

The guys that arrived did an excellent job for a somewhat difficult location to have to work in.  However when I called and requested service, I spoke with the manager of the franchise and requested a quarter turn valve which he agreed was the best option.  But when the service people arrived on site the next day, they did not have one and when they called the manager he said he forgot my request.  So had to settle for a standard screw turn valve.  Disappointing, but the service guys did a great job.  Additionally they were professional and courteous.

They sent Eddie who was just fantastic, friendly, informative, moved quickly. They quoted a flat rate price: if it took longer, they wouldn't charge more. They were slightly pricy, but I needed someone last minute, and they were able to come 3 hours after I called. For the peace of mind of knowing the shower, which is now tiled in, won't leak, it was worth it.

We needed a plumber on a Saturday evening. We came to Angie's List to see if any plumbers here had emergency service. IF a plumber doesn't offer emergency service we won't use them even if the next repair happens on a weekday during normal business hours. A plumbing company ought to be there for their customers during the off hours too. Drain Masters offered emergency service. We called them and we didn't get a recording. We got a real person who took our info down and said the plumber would call us back promptly. He did. 
Andrew arrived quickly and immediately went to work on the problems. I was pleased to see him slip on little protective booties over his shoes so that I didn't have to clean up my floors after he left. He saw what the plumbing problems were and wrote up a quote for us. He explained to us thoroughly what he needed to do and why. He was extremely friendly and patient with us. We had questions and he had the answers. He obviously knew what he was doing and didn't mind our questions at all. He always included us in any choices that needed to be made. He worked fast and cleaned up the kitchen area so that we didn't have a big mess to clean up after he left. 
Everything worked great when he was done and we are very pleased with the work that he did. No one wants to have to call a plumber on a weekend and I can understand why a plumber wouldn't want to work on a weekend, but accidents do happen, and it was nice to have a plumber show up who seemed happy to come and do our repairs for us. We were very pleased with Andrew from Drain Masters and will call them again the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Drain Masters was very responsive when we took possession of a house at 5 PM and discovered the water could not be turned on.  The prior owner had removed the refrigerator, but the turn-off valve was no where to be found (buried beneath wall in finished basement?).  So, the water was just shut off and left for us.  We called Drain Masters, as they advertised 24 hour, emergency service.  Rob, the plumber, was punctual, did the jobs requested and even checked the gas fireplace for no charge.

They did a great job, but they were just way overpriced. The guy came out and he got his work done.

We've used DrainMasters in the past, and they have always been courteous, punctual and professional. This time they again arrived within the promised time frame, gave up front pricing on what they were going to do, and did the work as expected. Our plumber (Glen) made sure that the pressure at all of our water outlets throughout the house (and we have a good number of them) was good before he left. He also carefully explained what items are covered under the various warranties/guarantees before leaving. 
Everything is still running smoothly now - instead of our water coming into the house at about 120 PSI and then having significant pressure drops whenever two (or more) sources were run (due to the failed pressure regulator valve), we now have uniform pressure (roughly 65 PSI) throughout the house even with multiple draws at the same time. 
Although they're a bit pricier than some (but not all) local plumbers, their professionalism and quality of service is well worth it!

Got home at 2:00 on a Friday and had water bubbling up in my front yard where the meter was located.  I called 2 other plumbers first that "specialize" in emergency calls and couldn't get anybody out until Saturday or Sunday, which didn't help when you have water pouring out of the ground.  I called Drain Masters by chance and they had someone on site within the hour.  Got my water turned off and identified the repair.  Unfortunately by then it was close to 4:00 and the part couldn't be found until Monday.  They were back out on Monday and got the repair complete.  Very quick and thorough would definitely call them again.

Dwayne was very professional and friendly. He cleared our line of tree roots and gave us a lot of helpful information. He got to our house within an hour of us calling on a Saturday. We will definitely use drain masters again.

Excellent response time in getting someone there. Clearly a straight forward job to snake the drain. Tech made it sound as if could be all day job. When I questioned the cost he seemed to justify it by looking in basement and discussing where bathrooms were located. The actual work took about 20 minutes but there over an hour. I am happy that the company was responsive and had someone over same day and most importantly the drain is clear. The professionalism and price was surprisingly high considering the work required.

Service technician showed up right on time, was very friendly, helpful and informative. He wasted no time getting to work and was able to fix all of our issues within an hour. He even helped with a small repair in our master bathroom toilet for no charge. We were very impressed with their service and his efficiency. Our only complaint was the cost, it seemed expensive to me but he did have to replace parts outside of the toilet in our downstairs bathroom and within the tank of the same toilet. We didn't have time to price around and get other quotes since this toilet wouldn't stop running and needed to be fixed. He even gave us some tips and pointers on shutting off the water to the house for the outside so the pipes don't freeze in the winter, etc. We would call them again but if we had other plumbing work to be done that wasn't an emergency, we would probably get some other quotes to compare costs. Overall, very good job and no complaints.

Shower faucet broke and water continuously running so we had to turn off the house main water valve.
This occurred late on a  Saturday evening. I called Drain Masters and they sent Jeff out to repair within 25 minutes of call.
Jeff was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate to repair.
Even though the cost was more than we thought it might be,  we went ahead with the service.
Repair was done within 30 minutes. So far everything seems to be working fine.
The quick promptness of service on a Saturday evening and friendliness of the the plumber would get us to call this company again.

I discovered water pouring from my foundation at 10 pm Friday night.  The water was turned off by the water company at midnight. I looked on angie's list Sat morning and found Drain Masters with an A rating and they work on Saturday. Called and Brandon was here to give an estimate within a couple of hours. Brandon and his crew started at 11 am sunday morning.  They encountered a few problems throughout the day. Normally they dig one hole to get the old pipe out and insert the new one, but the ground was so hard the whole length of the yard had to be trenched.  Through all that all four guys remained professional, cheerful and friendly. They wore their booties inside my house to keep the floors clean. Not once did they think about quitting for the day until my water was turned back on. They got the job done at 8 pm and cleaned up. On Tuesday after the County had done their inspection they filled in the hole, planted grass seed and covered it with straw. I was told they would come back when the dirt settles and regrade. They were awesome. Thanks guys!
