Mark was recommended to us by an interior decorator and by friends who had used his services. He responded promptly to our request for an estimate and sent us a bid by e-mail (the bid could have provided more detail than it did). We scheduled a time period to do the work and Mark met that schedule. We did some preparatory work, such as removing pictures from walls and unloading bookcases, but Mark took care of the rest. He moved and/or covered furniture as necessary, removed switch plates and receptacle covers, masked baseboards, etc. Mark worked alone, and the job took about a week to complete. He is a very experienced painter and did an excellent job. He was pleasant to work with and voluntarily did some work that was not specifically included in the original scope of work.
