Neil gave me ideas for placement of switches for the addition that will make passage from outside to indoors safer & well lighted. I would not have thought of the things he saw and suggested. He cleaned up after the work. His wife, Jan, is the office contact, and the Jan-Neil team are a good one: They are on top of the paperwork and phone calls/returning calls. Jan sent me the estimate and the invoice by e-mail which is very convenient. I also liked that they got me o the schedule quickly and kept the date, as so often small residential accounts like mine get rescheduled over and over.
