Critter Ridders

I called 2 weeks ago to set appt.  Took 2 calls before my call returned - then her phone disconnected (she did not call back).  I called again that afternoon and left word to call - Took  4 days to get back to me (wkend and holiday) - I called again and they called back but I was out.  Left word to call them and they would be in office.   Called - were not in office.  Then they called on Thursday and we finally set appt for Tuesday at 8AM.  They called Monday and said could not come Tuesday (funeral to attend).  Set for Wednesday at 8AM.   Then they called Tuesday and set for Wed at 8:30AM (instead of 8).  Then they called Wed AM and said Tech ill, could not make it that day.  How about Thursday.  I gave up.

Called to set up an inspection of my house. Set up an appointment for Tuesday late in the day so i would not have to miss too much work. He never showed up. I called his cell and got voice mail and called the office and they tracked him down an he called me back and apologized that he had written the appointment down for Wednesday. Not a real big deal except i missed an hour and a half of work. I know how things go and really did not think it was a big deal.  He showed up on Wednesday and performed the inspection and went over everything as i would have expected. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He told me that he had to talk to his partner and he would call me back in about 15 minutes to give me a quote. Well even after me giving him multiple days to call me back I decided to call the office and let them know how UNPROFESSIONAL it was to not even call back. I guess they could not beat another quote i had gotten and it must not have been worth his time to at least call and tell me that they could not beat the other companies quote and that was after he said he would call me back in 15 minutes. I would have at least expected a call back from the company apologizing for not calling back as they said they would.  With all that said i come to find out he was one of the OWNERS of the company. If you run a company like this, then I would expect the company not to be around for long. I could understand more if it was an employee instead of one of the owners.....I  WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY even if the were half the price of the nearest competitors price!
