With one experience it's hard to say what stands out.  It was a very good experience.  They came so fast, responsiveness was excellent.  I have them on my fridge.

They are great. The owner is really nice and they had a good price. They were easy to work with and easy to get hold of.

Every time we have a plumbing problem, we call them. We like their quality and the speed that they come; I told them that I really needed them to come before I left town and they were able to come the very next day. I?m always pretty pleased with the price and I think it?s better than average.

Well our Water Heater's pilot light ( electronic) would not remain on thus failing to furnish Hot water. I had called Creve Coeur earlier this morning, and spoke with Melinda and set up for a replacement part. Gary was very presentable and knowledgeable about the problem since he had told me that on A.O. Smith type water heaters that the Burner Assembly is usually the problem. He replaced it and tested it for proper operation. He also discussed how I should keep the area free of dust and debris. **On a funny note after he left I started vacuuming around the bottom, and top near the newly installed pilot light and it went out. I finally realized that I probably sucked out the air, and extinguished the flame from the Pilot light and was relieved after I discovered my stupidity. In any event it is working fine!

I have used them several times. They arrived on time and went quickly to their work. They did what I asked. They left everything clean and tidy. They were very well mannered. After they completed the job they asked if I was satisfied.

They were very good about answering my questions and were able to install the new water heater shortly after making the sale. They were responsive when there was a small issue with the state of the water heater during installation (loose screw allowed gas to be emitted from the heater).

They are really good people. They come out in a pair. They do wonderful work. We've always had really good work. They know their business.

Overall we were very pleased with the quality of service we received. We are very happy to have found the company. Will most definitely call them again, if and when we need to.

They are pretty expensive, but they do a really good job. I would recommend them to other people any time. They are hard working and answered all of my questions. They gave us important information that we needed to choose the right products and were great with the installation.

The experience was overall good. Prompt and efficient with their knowledge, and construction of the rough in. I would recommend them to anyone else who may be in need.

Ordered and installed very quickly. They were very professional and came back when I was concerned that the water heaters were too noisy. I thought that they might have been installed improperly, so they came back to check installation (which was okay). Then they talked to the manufacturer and called me to explain that the noise is normal and what was causing it
