In response to your review I like to respond with, the part we sold you was 231.95 not 250+ you claim it to be. However, your bill was a little more than expected because the price given was a estimate. We would be happy to speak with you and resolve this matter. The invoice does explain what we did in detail. RV LABOR: HOUSE BATTERY NOT CHARGING FROM CONVERTER. CHECK 7 WAY PLUG ON TRUCK, OK. CHECK 7 WAY CHARGE LINE ON TRAILER, OK. NO OUTPUT FROM CONVERTER / CHARGER. REPLACE CONVERTER / CHARGER LOWER UNIT.
