I had an older heat pump about 18 years old that wasn't working like it should. I called ComfortWorks and Matt came out and determined that the problem was in the condenser coil above my furnace. He said that there might be a problem to locate that old of a coil to replace but he would try to find one, He said if it were him he would replace the heatpump because of it's age and if I fixed, it if he could find a coil, I could be spending money and have more issues pop up because of the age. I thought about it and because he gave me a good price for replacement it made sense to get a new more efficient heatpump. Very honest and no pressure to do anything I didn't want to. He just gave me advice so I could make an intelligent choice.
