We called a number of companies for quotes. Comfort Experts was not the lowest, but we had used them before and they handled American Standard, the brand we wanted to buy. The manager was able to give us some help on the pricing so that we could work with them. They were also very helpful in giving practical advice in choosing the specific model that was the best choice for us. When we agreed to their pricing, they were able to schedule the appointment within 1 business day. They arrived promptly, and were very neat and clean. They explained what had been wrong with our old system, and how to use the new one. They also gave us advice on how to make the new system last longer. We are very pleased with our new unit, and will continue to use Comfort Experts for all of our HVAC needs.

One time I had a problem with my furnace and I called them and they said that someone was already in the neighborhood, so they would be right out. They came within an half hour and they had it fixed in 30 seconds. Come to find out, I was not using the switch correctly. They are a very reliable company.
