Work was not done correctly. Christensen would not return phone calls to correct the problem. I had to hire another plumber to get the work done correctly. I made numerous attempts to contact Christensen and he would not return my phone calls. This was a potentially dangerous situation and I couldn't even get a return phone call.

The owner is very courteous and honest which is hard to find in today's world. The price is always very fair and the work is good. If you are not satisfied, they will make it right. We have used other plumbers before and it was always a struggle. I highly recommend this company!

He had the best customer service. He was probably the best plumber I've ever dealt with. He was just a very reliable person. He knew right away what the problem was, thoroughly explained it, and offered to come back if the problem wasn't fixed.
